Good Evening Mt. Vernon,

I have had a wonderful week of prayer and devotion as I visited Prayer Cell groups and called members and prayed with them individually. Sunday afternoon, a group of us did a drive by to checked on some of our members. It was a blessing.

Once again, I invite you to participate in our Prayer Cells. It is a way to fellowship, and encourage one another in the faith. As I prayed this week for our church family, the church worldwide and our nation, the Holy Spirit led me to Psalm 33. The following verses stood out to me as I prayed about all that is being done to suppress our votes:

Let all the earth fear the LORD; Let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of Him. For He spoke, and it was done; He commanded, and it stood fast. The LORD brings the counsel of the nations to nothing; He makes the plans of the peoples of no effect. The counsel of the LORD stands forever, The plans of His heart to all generations Psalm 33:8-11.

Let us unite in prayer this week standing in faith on these verses. For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous and He is attentive to our prayers.
