Greetings Mt. Vernon Family,

This is our final Sunday in the Lenten series Mosaic: When God Uses All of the Pieces by author Shane Stanford. Through this series God has challenged us to reflect on the broken places in our souls and present them to Him for healing. Thus far we have explored how God heals our broken places of rebellion, restlessness, regret, rejection, responsibility and resources. When we come to the end of ourselves and surrender to God at the crossroads of brokenness and wholeness, God is there to heal and restore us. This Sunday’s message is entitled, “When God Uses Our Relationships.” This is the last week of our Daniel Fast. Let us read, pray, reflect, and surrender ALL of our broken places to God. Again, Jesus is inviting us to leave our baggage at the altar and never reclaim it again. God is graciously healing us and making our lives into masterpieces.
