Greetings Mt. Vernon Family,

Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland Isaiah 43:18-19.”

With each new year in Christ comes the promise of new things. New mercies, new hope, new strength, a fresh new measure of grace, and a renewed faith awaits us. But we are still in the wilderness of a pandemic, a place we have never been before. Making it through the wilderness to the promised land requires following the Lord closely and staying under His protection. We keep doing what God has appointed us to do until He says differently. Know that God is with us Mt. Vernon. Focus on His voice. Hear what God says, and “Believe it, Live it, Share it: the gospel of Jesus Christ” in 2022.
